Free mock draft

2026 Fantasy Football
Mock Draft Simulator

Free, multiplayer, and your friends join with a code — no account required. Mock drafting alone against bots teaches you one thing: how bots draft.

Got a code?

Take your seat. No account needed.

Starting one?

Pick your settings and get a code to send. Hosting needs a free Blitzen account — the people you invite don't need one.

How it works

01

Set your league up

Teams, scoring, rounds, pick clock — and keepers, if your league holds players over.

02

Get a 6-character code

Short, and drawn from an alphabet with no 0/O or 1/I/L in it, so nobody mistypes it off a phone screen.

03

Send it to your group chat

Whoever shows up takes a seat. No account, no app, no email address to hand over.

04

Bots draft the rest

Empty seats fill themselves, so four people can still run a twelve-team draft.

Why the board looks different here

Priced off our own projections

Most mock drafts run off a static top-200 list somebody typed in March. This one ranks the top 400 players by value over replacement, computed from our 2026 projections.

Re-priced for your league size

A WR2 in an 8-team league and a WR2 in a 14-team league are not the same asset, because replacement level is not the same. Change the league size and the board changes with it.

Nobody sits out

Bots take whatever seats stay empty and pick on the same value logic, so a four-person group still gets a realistic twelve-team room.

After the draft

Everyone gets a grade card as a link they can send around — read-only, and no account needed to open it. Worth knowing up front: it pastes as plain text rather than a preview image. That's the trade-off for a card that works with no server behind it.

Common questions

Is the mock draft free?+

Yes. The draft room is free to use during the Blitzen beta, and joining someone else’s room has never required payment or an account.

Do my friends need an account to join?+

No. Anyone with the room code can take a seat with no account, no download, and no email address. Only the person who creates the room needs a free Blitzen account.

How many teams can the draft have?+

Rooms run with 8, 10, 12, or 14 teams.

Which scoring formats are supported?+

PPR, Half-PPR, and Standard. The player board re-prices itself for the format and the league size you choose.

What happens if not enough people show up?+

Bots draft any seat that stays empty, so the draft runs at full size regardless of how many humans arrive. If a human misses their pick clock, the room makes a value-based pick for that seat and moves on.

Can I use keepers?+

Yes. Keepers are removed from the pool before the draft starts, so you mock-draft the players your league actually has available.

How long does each pick take?+

You set the clock when you create the room — 30, 60, 90, or 120 seconds per human pick. Bot seats pick almost immediately.

What do I get at the end?+

A grade card for your roster that you can send around as a read-only link. Nobody needs an account to open it.

What this is, and isn't. A practice tool. Mock drafting tells you how a room behaves and where the runs start — it doesn't tell you how your season goes, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. Blitzen is a research terminal for people who do their own work: the same site has free price-math calculators, market education guides, and a terminal that shows its work. We don't sell picks.

Blitzen is an analytics and research tool, not betting advice or a picks service. Nothing here predicts a financial outcome. Sports betting carries real financial risk — wager only what you can afford to lose, and only where it is legal. Must be 21+. If gambling stops being fun, help is available: call 1-800-GAMBLER.
